The Story of the Ice Cream Window
The flow of business at our tiny ice cream window has grown by leaps and bounds in 2023! We started the spring with experimenting with a few iced lattes and flavored lemonades. The results were so encouraging that our more drink savvy employees immediately set to work mixing flavors and perfecting recipes. The positive feedback we receive from you customers excites and motivates us to keep on brainstorming and making our refreshments window better!
After two months of calling this little station "the window on the ramp" or "the ice cream window," we decided that we needed something more official. We asked all the employees for suggestions. We had several ideas, when Susan suggested making a pun out of the location of the window. We thought that was brilliant and so the window was officially named Ramped Up Refreshments!
